Pascal is a Partner of the Firm with approximately twenty years of investment transaction experience.
Prior to joining Potomac Equity in 2013, Pascal was a Vice President with Audax Group, a Boston-based middle market investment firm with over $5 billion under management. During his six years at Audax, Pascal completed 22 transactions, including platform investments, add-on acquisitions, refinancings and realization events in the business services, education, and information services sectors, as well as other transactions in the distribution and manufacturing industries.
Before joining Audax in 2006, Pascal was an Investment Banking Analyst in Credit Suisse’s Healthcare Group in New York. During his time at Credit Suisse, Pascal focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets financings.
Pascal has a B.A. degree with honors from Brown University, double-majoring in Business Economics and Public and Private Sector Organizations. During his time at Brown, Pascal was a four-year letterman with the Men’s NCAA Division I Ice Hockey program, and was named to the 2002, 2003 and 2004 Ivy League and ECAC All-Academic Squads. In 2004, Pascal was named the Brown University Male Student-Athlete of the Year.
In addition to his role with Potomac Equity, Pascal is currently a Director of the Brown Hockey Association, which supports Brown University Men’s Ice Hockey program activities, initiatives, and fundraising.
